Healthy Banana Bars Recipe
Bananas are a great midday snack because they are naturally packed with nutrition, fiber and natural sugars to boost
your energy for the rest of the afternoon.
Bananas contain potassium, pectin (a form of fiber), magnesium and vitamins C and B6. They also contain helpful antioxidants which helps your body neutralize excessive free radicals.
In this banana bar, you can choose your preferred butter and
toppings. Each of the different toppings and butters provide an added dose of nutrition to this snack. If you have leftovers, just pop them into the blender and make a smoothie. You can drink the smoothie right away, or freeze it to use later.
